National Core Implementation Manager - Multiple Locations

U.S. Bank is looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership to manage a team of five Treasury Management implementation senior executives that lead a team of 60 implementation professionals spanning four locations. This team is responsible for the client onboarding and product implementation support of nearly $800MM in revenue for our corporate, commercial, and small business clients. This position is essential to managing the day to day implementation of core U.S. Bank products, client satisfaction, as well as leading the implementation organization through technology adoption and product enhancements over the next few years. This position will lead implementation process improvements in collaboration with key bank stakeholders that results in revenue quicker into the bank and keeps pace or exceeds our competitors. This manager will ensure delivery of a modern, seamless customer implementation experience while driving strategic, transformational, and digital change to implementation processes and services. This requires a leader that excels in change management; strategic planning; execution; collaboration; and innovation. This position will provide support for technical based capital expenditure projects, including project role review, temporary/permanent staffing, project deliverables, team oversight, and reporting.
