We are looking for Senior Associate, Technology Operations who will work in partnership with other groups within Western Union, such as Sales, FIU, GMI, GSI, and Fraud & Global Consumer Protection.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework. In particular you will be involved in the development of Mobile quality assurance test scenarios/automaton suites/frameworks to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation/manual scripts for native Mobile applications.
• Practices mobile automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusability across iOS and Android platform
• Understands mobile automation best practices (test strategy development, implementation and framework development and implementation for parallel execution using CI/CD platform.
• Demonstrate mature and sophisticated problem solving approach.
• Effectively collaborate across multiple teams

Role Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience total experience and 5 years in field of Mobile Automation Works independently under minimal direction with strong work ethics.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude.

Must have skills:

• Must have hands on experience using Appium tools and framework across and iOS platform.
• MUST have hands on experience in BDD CUCUMBER
• Hands on experience in Java.

Good to have skills :

• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
• Hands on Experience with multiple development platforms and knowledge of J2EE, API (Rest, SOAP, Message-Driven), and Micro Services -Good to have
• Experience with test management systems (e.g. HP ALM, Jira Zephyr etc.)-Good to have
• Selenium-Good to have/API automation tools
